[Skyrim Collab]

Not so good

2 parts had impressive artwork, the sneeze and yours, however I felt your piece didn't reflect Skyrim at all. Skyrim is snowy and the fields are for the most part yellowy brown and rocky. Also even the simple fact it wasn't a guard that said the dumb arrow to the knee joke just made it pointless (even more so). Plus the voice acting was really cringy, for the old guy, Dovakiin sounded cool. The sneezing one made me laugh, the rest was mega forced. The pot on the head part looked terrible, quality control is nessesscary in collabs, otherwise THAT happens.

You got a 2 review and gave out about people leaving a low score, um people are allowed to not like things? He gave reasons, he wasn't mean about it. I found 1 part funny and well done so for that alone I'm giving this a 3. I didn't like any of the other ones, and though I liked some of the art in yours I still kind of hated it as a piece due to the humor and execution. NOTHING PERSONAL. I just didn't like it. Also try to not use memes as an easy way out, it really won't help in the long run.

why did you reintroduce all the characters again, are you going to reintroduce them every time you make a new episode
why is doubling beeped out, and the british guy not when he says bollocks
why are you still beeping doubling out, or having him curse for no reason
if this game is based far into the future why is doubling comparing tome to the matrix or inception, wouldn't they be old obscure movies in this time period

there is no tension when they are stalking gamecrazed or when they enter the mansion, cos the stupid fucking unsuited music is always a yappin
theres on shot where kirbopher and nylock look all terrible and sketchy, what happened were they mugged
why is doublings sister also a professional hacker, thats highly unlikely, my sisters not an animator and i don't have aids
why is she all slimey like doubling, why would she choose the same class, does she have a crush on her brother
why did nylock ask her if she was related to doubling straight off the bat, that's just stupid, if I'm a gnome in world of warcraft am i related to every other gnome IRL, i know she has the same powers but that leads me to another point, the people playing tome seem to be able to make a character with ANY power they want, and any appearance they want, so basically it feels more like an alien world far more than a video game. why not have some jokes relating to MMO videogames, like guys constantly jumping around or have an obvious cock walking around, if they game has THAT much creative options why not.
there was one shot where that hacker girl was on top of the building, and she was made of terrible gradients
'why did you fall, i dont know.' thats really poor writing and i know its hard to know if a joke is good when YOU write it if but whoever you showed this to while making it didnt say 'thats fucking stupid' you should block and delete them cos they dunno what funny is
the entire story furthered nothing
I think you're not changing any of the obvious flaws cos you've already started with them and it'd be weird if the whole style suddenly changed, just changed everything slightly per episode, or don't. I know I don't have to watch these, but you don't have to make cartoons either.

May seem harsh

but god that joke is overused and obvious. Animation and drawings were fine, got the point across, but the humor was forced beyond comprehension, and dragged out way to long for a meme that is stupid and overused in the first place. Voices were also kind of annoying, just spilling my feelings, my opinion.

The style was fun to work with, though the challenge was adding flexibility or fluidity to such a geometric style. If I do this style again, I'd like a attempt a greater mix of traditional animation (squash/stretch and more frame by frame work). Making a walk-cycle other than the stiff-moving robot would be a worthwhile challenge too.

Ok, so your excuse is you want to make these fast and easy and shit them out every month if possible... there is no point in doing that if the end result is utter turd, which this was. There are cartoons online which are terribly animated and have shit sound but they can still be hilarious or give inspiration, but EVERY SINGLE aspect of this is just the same old ham I've seen from you a million times before. Don't bother saying 'it's not my thing', I don't like opera or ballet but I can still apreciate the work and talent that goes into it.
I don't need to say what was wrong with this cos PsychicPebble pretty much nailed it.

Dude I don't know what else to tell you. I mean I guess if this ends up completely tanking and doesn't go anywhere then "you're right", but otherwise, I'm doing it this way because I WANT to do it this way. I don't feel like spending a month doing a 30-second video with ONE joke and the animation is gorgeous. I'd rather make something engaging and that has a cohesive story; I'm doing this from the perspective of what -I- would want to see and producing it in a way that -I- can easily get it out.

Chris I respect you as an artist and a person, but I seriously don't know what else to tell you. I don't wanna come off like I'm "not listening" because I GET what you guys are trying to get across here, but this kinda comment is translating to "stop doing anything." If the response is overwhelmingly what you and PsychicPebble are giving me, then that's another story. Otherwise, I don't see any reason to stop doing what I love.
